• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings through telehealth platforms to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and develop tailored treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide ongoing individual counseling and immediate crisis intervention for clients encountering various psychological concerns, utilizing evidence-based methods suitable for a telehealth environment.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and interactive workshops that promote mental wellness and personal growth, ensuring client engagement through effective online strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to create cohesive treatment approaches and provide comprehensive care.

The position focuses on a diverse client population that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. • A valid state license is required: either Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory, though higher-level degrees such as a Master's or Doctorate are preferred.
• Strong understanding of the mental health issues prevalent in a wide variety of patients, with the ability to employ therapeutic techniques effectively in a digital format.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate efficiently with a multidisciplinary medical team.

Applicants should possess at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, ideally within a telehealth or hospital counseling environment. Experience with specific therapeutic models, group facilitation, and crisis intervention will be valued.

• An annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
