What Youโll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, youโll be the first point of contact for customers and will help create a positive experience through every interaction.
You will:

Answer customer inquiries by phone with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy

Listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and provide clear solutions

Resolve concerns related to orders, products, returns, adjustments, and service issues

Use critical thinking to troubleshoot problems and take ownership of the customer experience

Handle escalated situations calmly and professionally

Follow company policies while using good judgment to support the customer
โ
Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality

Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately

Partner with leaders and teammates to improve the customer experience

What Weโre Looking For
Weโd love to hear from candidates who have:
โจ 1+ year of customer service experience
โจ Retail, call center, hospitality, or related service experience preferred
โจ Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
โจ Confidence handling customer concerns and de-escalating situations
โจ Ability to work independently from home while staying connected to a team
โจ Comfort working in a performance-based environment
โจ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
Technology Requirements for Remote Work
Because this is a work-from-home role, youโll need reliable technology and a quiet, professional workspace.
You must have:
โจ A full-size desktop, all-in-one desktop, or traditional laptop computer
โจ Windows 11 Home, Pro, or Pro for Workstations; or Mac iOS 13 or newer
โจ Google Chrome installed
โจ Anti-virus protection, such as Microsoft Defender
โจ 6 GB RAM minimum; 8 GB or higher recommended
โจ Enough storage space to install and run required systems
โจ Minimum screen resolution of 1920 x 1080
โจ External mouse and keyboard, wired preferred
โจ Webcam for training and meetings
โจ Wired USB headset; wireless or Bluetooth headsets are not acceptable
โจ Reliable high-speed internet that meets system checker requirements
