This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on meaningful cases that protect consumers from unfair practices while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

The firm focuses on helping clients resolve disputes with creditors and navigate complex consumer-related matters. Attorneys in this role take ownership of cases, handling everything from initial client intake to resolution, while collaborating with a supportive legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of consumer protection and civil litigation matters for Nevada clients
