• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through virtual platforms to identify the unique strengths and challenges of each client.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment plans for individuals, families, and groups.
• Facilitate virtual individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities tailored to the needs of the client population.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with educators, school counselors, and healthcare providers to create integrated care pathways that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Advocate for clients by providing guidance on accessing community resources, rights, and support services to enhance their well-being.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health record systems to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate actively in regular case conferences and training sessions to continually enhance clinical practice and knowledge.

The primary focus of this role is to support students in a school setting who may be experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will work closely with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approaches to effectively meet their individual needs and socioemotional learning requirements.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a regionally accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years' post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in educational or community settings.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and establishing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, and social justice in mental health.

• Experience working within school systems or with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or other relevant clinical methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and utilize mental health care protocols within remote settings.
