• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients to address their emotional and mental health concerns, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate client expression by encouraging open conversations about feelings, experiences, and behaviors in a safe and judgement-free environment.
• Utilize clinical assessments and standardized tests to evaluate client needs, diagnose issues, and track progress over time.
• Help clients set realistic goals, create actionable plans, and foster self-awareness to enhance their overall mental well-being.
• Implement a solution-focused approach that empowers clients to identify and utilize their strengths for coping strategies.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity clients seeking support for emotional and mental health issues. Each client is thoughtfully screened prior to their first appointment, ensuring that you work with individuals who are ready to pursue positive changes and insights with professional guidance. Our client base is diverse, and you’ll have the opportunity to engage with individuals from various backgrounds and life experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• An active, independent license in your state of practice, such as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Proven ability to evaluate client needs, make treatment recommendations, and implement effective therapies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Competency in using technology and digital platforms for client interaction and therapy management.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual counseling practices.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly in a community health context.
• Knowledge of treatments for common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
