Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients, analyzing their history, current challenges, and individual needs to create effective treatment plans tailored to each person.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy to facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Regularly monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Establish a rapport with clients, ensuring a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages open communication and effective healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies, promoting holistic healing for clients dealing with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Stay current on professional guidelines and ethical standards, committing to continuous education and professional development, including attending workshops and seminars.

Qualifications
