In this full-time role, you will work from the convenience of your home, providing vital mental health support to clients across various demographics. This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to create a flexible work-life balance while making a real difference in people's lives. You will coordinate your schedule to accommodate clients, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. • Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, utilizing video conferencing platforms to connect with clients effectively.
• Establish a safe and welcoming atmosphere through active listening, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, encouraging clients to express their feelings openly.
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop and achieve specific, measurable treatment goals tailored to their individual needs.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to create and implement personalized treatment plans, adjusting strategies based on client progress and feedback.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records, documenting sessions and treatment outcomes in compliance with best practices and regulatory guidelines.

Our mental health counselors work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, applying your skills to foster their emotional resilience and wellbeing. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice as a therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC).
• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic services and developing treatment plans is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills are necessary for effective virtual interactions, ensuring clarity and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using online therapy platforms and digital tools to deliver therapy effectively and efficiently.

While a minimum of two years of direct mental health counseling experience is required, we highly value candidates with a background in telehealth or online therapy settings. Familiarity with specific therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solutions-focused therapy can enhance your effectiveness in supporting your clients.
