• Conduct virtual counseling sessions, utilizing secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms to maintain client confidentiality.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' presenting concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.
• Facilitate open dialogues with clients to encourage exploration of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that contribute to their mental health challenges.
• Set collaborative goals with clients, regularly tracking their progress and adapting treatment strategies according to their evolving needs.
