The Summers Agency is looking for motivated, self-directed individuals who are interested in building a career in insurance sales. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working independently, managing their own schedule, and taking an active role in developing their business.

You do not need prior insurance experience to apply. Licensed and unlicensed candidates are welcome. Licensing support and training are available.

What You’ll Do
  • Connect with individuals who have requested information about insurance products.
  • Conduct phone and video appointments to learn about clients’ needs.
  • Educate clients about available life insurance and related financial protection products.
  • Help clients complete applications and navigate the process.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continue developing your skills.
What We’re Looking For
  • Self-starter with a motivated, goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Professional, reliable, and coachable.

Compensation & Opportunity
