• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing telehealth tools to establish clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring they are adapted for remote delivery and responsive to the unique challenges faced by students and their families.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with applicable regulations, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems to document interactions and treatment progress transparently.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through regular virtual meetings and consultations.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Your patient population will primarily consist of students in school environments, who present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and developmental disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Georgia is required.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
