Job Description

What You'll Do:

Cybersecurity & IAM Engineering

  • Design and implement secure architecture and AAA solutions for network devices and Linux/Unix environments.

  • Develop and integrate authentication and authorization technologies including RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, TLS, EAP-TLS, and mTLS.

  • Support identity services leveraging Azure Entra ID, Secrets Management, and certificate-based authentication.

  • Conduct security assessments, audits, and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and drive remediation efforts.

Automation & Agentic AI

  • Automate manual IAM and access management workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.

  • Build and integrate Agentic AI solutions to automate authentication and authorization processes, improve decision-making, and enhance observability and auditability.

  • Development & Integration

  • Develop scalable full-stack applications and security automation solutions using Python, Perl, Node.js, and React.

  • Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, message queues, and enterprise identity platforms.

SDLC & Operations

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, design, testing, deployment, and production support.

  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

  • Document technical solutions, processes, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and junior engineers.

  • Collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity organizations to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

  • Maintain awareness of emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, IAM, network security, or a related discipline.

  • Experience implementing AAA and IAM solutions in hybrid cloud environments.

  • Strong knowledge of RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, TLS, EAP-TLS, mTLS, Azure Entra ID, and secrets management.

  • Experience supporting Linux/Unix systems and network infrastructure.

  • Proficiency with Python, Node.js, REST APIs, and automation frameworks.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud security, Zero Trust architectures, and DevSecOps practices.

  • Experience developing or integrating AI/Agentic AI solutions.

  • Experience with React-based application development.

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, GIAC, or Azure Security Engineer.

Compensation

New Jersey Pay Range: $104,958.81 - $157,438.22Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
