Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, establishing precise clinical diagnoses and formulating effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute mental health emergencies, employing effective strategies to manage and mitigate distress.
• Maintain meticulous and secure client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards for confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment avenues, and available resources within the community while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Continuously enhance your expertise by engaging in ongoing professional development, including training sessions and workshops focused on emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse group of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and crisis situations. Each client presents unique challenges, requiring tailored approaches to treatment. Our clients often face various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relational conflicts, allowing you the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on their lives.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Robust clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the capability to synthesize complex information.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapeutic services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented framework.
• Dedication to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting is advantageous, as it complements our focus on accessible and inclusive care.
• Previous work with diverse populations, particularly in remote or telehealth environments, is a plus.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to help you cover initial relocation or onboarding costs.
