Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychological assessments of clients, identifying mental health concerns and formulating accurate clinical diagnoses.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs and therapeutic goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
- Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate support and guiding them toward appropriate resources.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care for clients.
- Advocate for clients' needs and rights, providing education about mental health issues and available treatment options.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continuing education to stay current with therapeutic practices and improve client outcomes.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population that encompasses various demographics, including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications- A valid mental health license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) issued by the state of Arizona.

- At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling or a related role.
