Position: Virtual Assistant Expert (AI Operations & Executive Support)

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage professional email communications.
  • Conduct internet research and synthesize findings into concise reports and recommendations.
  • Organize documents, databases, spreadsheets, and internal knowledge repositories.
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Support AI research and evaluation workflows by reviewing outputs, documenting observations, and following structured processes.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executives, founders, consultants, or business leaders.
