Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to conduct sessions and collaborate with colleagues from the comfort of your home. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, using standardized assessment tools and interviews.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring they align with clients' specific goals and preferences.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group counseling utilizing proven therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic client care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
