This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to conduct sessions and collaborate with colleagues from the comfort of your home. We utilize cutting-edge telehealth technology to ensure that clients receive seamless and effective care. Our outpatient facility offers a collaborative approach with interdisciplinary teams, enhancing the quality of care provided. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client schedules.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, using standardized assessment tools and interviews.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring they align with clients' specific goals and preferences.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling utilizing proven therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional development workshops to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.

The annual salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000, which reflects your skills and experience.
