CVS Business Unit: Signify Health
Location / Logistics: Remote position in US with some travel required
Position Summary

This is an opportunity to own the performance and productivity ecosystem that drives an organization\'s top metrics from the ground up, through the clinician-facing mobile app experience that field teams rely on daily and the internal management tools that give operations leaders visibility and control at scale.

What makes this role different

Our engineering team operates at AI-assisted velocity: we ship and iterate faster than traditional timelines. That means the bottleneck has moved. The PM in this role is the strategic throughput — translating stakeholder alignment, sequencing priorities, and building the cross-functional scaffolding that lets engineering keep moving. You\'ll be expected to use AI tools in your own workflow, and you\'ll be building products with AI at their core.

What you\'ll own

MySignify Scorecard (Clinician-Facing): The primary performance interface for clinicians. V3+ phases include personalized targets, AI-driven metric transparency, member reviews, and A/B testing frameworks to prove that scorecard engagement translates to real quality improvement.

OCC Clinician Management Module (Manager-Facing): The operations manager\'s unified workspace for clinician performance, replacing 5+ fragmented tools with a single intelligent platform. You will expand CMM to new user types, build bulk action and coaching automation workflows, and layer in the AI engine that handles routine interventions at scale and surfaces only the most complex cases for human review.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Clinician Performance product portfolio — MySignify Scorecard and OCC Clinician Management Module

  • Drive product strategy for AI-powered features: personalized coaching nudges, intelligent alert triage, OM recommendation engines, and automated intervention workflows

  • Develop and maintain a rigorous approach to A/B testing and experimentation, with focus on proving that scorecard engagement translates to quality metric improvement across the W2 clinician network

  • Partner with engineering and design to ship features that move the metrics: scorecard engagement (target >70% MAU), OM time-to-action on P1 tasks (<24 hours), and performance lift (+2% quality improvement)

  • Coordinate across a complex stakeholder map — operations management, analytics, clinical success, legal, HR, engineering, and executive leadership — at both pod level and cross-team forums including the Monthly Operating Review

  • Define and track KPIs that connect product decisions to business outcomes: clinician quality scores, OM efficiency, documentation compliance, and time-to-action on performance alerts

  • Conduct discovery with clinicians and operations managers to surface what\'s working, what\'s not, and what the data isn\'t telling you

  • Leverage AI tools in your own workflow to accelerate spec writing, research synthesis, stakeholder communication, and decision documentation

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience

  • 4–7 years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex, cross-functional products from discovery through delivery

  • Background in gamified or performance-driven SaaS — you understand how to design goal-setting, progress visibility, and nudge systems that motivate without feeling patronizing to professionals who take their craft seriously. Healthcare experience is welcome but not required; what matters is the ability to earn trust quickly with expert users who rely on your product data to manage their livelihoods.

  • Comfort operating in an AI-accelerated environment — you\'ve used AI tools in your product work, and you\'re excited to build products where AI is a core capability, not a feature add-on

  • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments — you can write a hypothesis, define primary and guardrail metrics, size a test appropriately, and interpret results without leaning on a data scientist to tell you what they mean.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and stakeholder complexity — this role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, technology, and data, and requires strong instincts for when to push, when to align, and when to ship

  • Strong data orientation: you define metrics before you build, you know how to design an experiment, and you can tell the story of value from discovery through outcome

  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you can write a crisp one-pager, a spec that engineers trust, and an executive summary that drives a decision
