This role is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while fulfilling your passion for helping others. You will conduct individual therapy sessions using secure video conferencing technology. Our telehealth practice leverages the latest in digital communication tools, ensuring you can maintain a professional and effective therapeutic relationship with your clients from anywhere.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients utilizing video chat platforms, providing support and guidance in their mental health journeys.
• Foster open discussions about clients' emotions and experiences to enhance their self-awareness and personal growth.
• Advocate for clients' psychological needs, assisting them in setting realistic and meaningful goals for their mental well-being.
• Assess clients' mental health status through comprehensive evaluations, creating tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement solution-focused approaches, drawing on your clinical expertise to guide clients toward positive outcomes.

Your clientele will consist of pre-screened, stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns. You will work with clients who are seeking to improve their everyday lives, rather than those facing severe psychological challenges. We carefully match you with clients whose needs align with your areas of specialty and demographic preferences, ensuring a productive and fulfilling therapeutic relationship.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, enabling you to provide high-quality therapy.
• Hold a full license to practice independently (such as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C), with experience in mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated strength in clinical skills, including the ability to create effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions are essential for success in this role.
• Proficient in using computer systems for telehealth practices and record-keeping.

• Prior experience in an online counseling setting or familiarity with telehealth operations can be advantageous.
• Awareness of contemporary therapy methods and willingness to integrate new practices into your counseling.
• Experience working with adults to facilitate meaningful change in their mental health and wellbeing is highly valued.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend designed to support your well-being. Payments are processed through weekly direct deposit, ensuring you enjoy timely access to your earnings.
