Our work environment is entirely remote, enabling you to perform your duties from the comfort of your own home. As part of a supportive, fully remote team, you will benefit from flexible scheduling options, allowing you to manage your working hours while ensuring client availability. Typical working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct engaging one-on-one video chats with clients to provide ongoing mental health support, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Encourage clients to share their emotional experiences, fostering a safe space for self-discovery and insight into personal relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them identify and articulate their personal goals for mental wellness.
• Assess each client’s mental health condition comprehensively, formulating individualized treatment plans based on best practices and clinical experience.
• Utilize telehealth technology for seamless video consultations, keeping detailed case notes and managing client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Remain updated on the latest developments in mental health practices to continually enhance your therapeutic approach and efficacy.

Your primary focus will be on supporting stable, low-acuity adults who seek to improve their mental health through structured therapy. This role provides you with the rewarding opportunity to work with clients dealing with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management, helping them develop essential skills to enhance both their personal and interpersonal well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is essential:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong computer literacy skills are necessary to facilitate remote sessions and properly manage case documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sympathetic and professional demeanor while working collaboratively with clients. Previous experience within a telehealth setting or a deep understanding of virtual therapy methodologies will be an asset, enhancing client experiences and outcomes.

• Attractive compensation with a salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and hours worked.
