These roles include video editors, videographers, motion graphic designers, and video producers who collaborate with teams or clients online. Remote video professionals use digital tools and cloud-based platforms to share, review, and deliver video projects. How does communication and collaboration typically work in remote video production teams?

In remote video production roles, clear and frequent communication is essential, often facilitated by project management tools, regular video meetings, and messaging platforms. RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT: Applicants must currently reside in Virginia, Illinois, California, or Washington in the U.S., OR anywhere in Canada.

100% Remote | Full-Time | Entry-Level | Training Provided | No Cold Calling

A Remote Sales Role Built Around Real Client Conversations

AO Globe Life is expanding its remote sales team and is seeking individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and learning new skills.

In this position, you’ll connect with clients who have already requested information about their available benefits. You’ll have scheduled conversations, learn about their needs, explain relevant options, and assist them with the next steps.

You don't need a background in insurance or sales. We provide training, coaching, and the resources needed to learn the role.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Meet with clients through scheduled phone or virtual appointments
  • Ask questions to understand each client's situation and priorities
  • Present available benefit solutions in an easy-to-understand way
  • Respond to client questions and provide accurate information
  • Help clients complete the appropriate enrollment or application steps
  • Follow up with clients when needed
  • Keep client information and activity organized
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching, and ongoing training

This is a client-focused sales position. You will work with provided leads and scheduled opportunities rather than making unsolicited cold calls.

What You Can Expect

  • 100% work-from-home position
  • Qualified leads provided
  • No cold calling
  • Flexible full-time scheduling
  • Training and one-on-one coaching
  • Weekly commission-based compensation
  • Uncapped earning potential based on performance
  • Opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you develop
  • Remote team environment with ongoing support

What Makes You a Good Fit?

We’re interested in people who can communicate professionally and take ownership of their work.

You may be a strong fit if you are:

  • Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Organized and capable of managing scheduled appointments
  • Receptive to feedback and willing to improve
  • Motivated by performance-based earning
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, administration, or another client-facing environment can be helpful, but it is not required.

Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must currently reside in Virginia, Illinois, California, or Washington (U.S.), or any province or territory in Canada
  • Legally authorized to work in the applicable country
  • Computer or laptop with a working webcam
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Quiet and professional workspace
  • Ability to attend scheduled virtual meetings and training
