• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, focusing on their unique mental health needs.

The clients you will work with at Empower Your Life Therapy Clinic are carefully screened to ensure they are stable adults requiring low-acuity mental health support. None of the clients will present with severe mental health issues, allowing you to focus on providing quality counseling interventions for managing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and other common difficulties.

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure to practice as an independent mental health professional in Illinois, specifically as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC. (Please indicate your license and licensed state in your application.)
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic disposition to foster positive client relationships.
• Proficient in digital tools and platforms used for teletherapy sessions.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a mental health counselor or therapist, delivering individual therapy.
• Experience utilizing teletherapy technology to conduct effective sessions.

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on experience and work hours.
