• Conduct individual counseling sessions through video conferencing to assist clients in improving their mental health.
• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions and life experiences to foster self-reflection and deeper understanding.
• Advocate for clients by helping them identify and achieve therapeutic goals.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and collaborate in developing effective treatment plans employing solution-focused strategies tailored to individual needs.

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, all of whom are carefully screened prior to accessing our services. Your clients will be stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns, thus ensuring a focus on manageable therapeutic objectives. We match therapists with clients based on specialty areas and demographic preferences, allowing for personalized therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted license from the state board, allowing independent practice without supervision:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills coupled with a compassionate, empathetic nature.
• Proficiency with technology, including experience using video conferencing tools and therapy platforms.

We look for candidates who possess strong background in individual counseling and have familiarity with various therapeutic modalities. While not mandatory, experience in working with low-acuity clients and in a remote counseling capacity could give you an added advantage.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, depending on working hours and client load.
