• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status via secured video platforms to determine needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide effective counseling, helping clients address various psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Collaborate with clients in setting realistic, personalized goals and track their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring timely updates to treatment plans and client files.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations to enhance client care and share best practices among colleagues.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision to stay current in therapeutic techniques and mental health research.

This role primarily focuses on working with adult clients facing an array of mental health challenges, emphasizing individualized care. As a counselor, you will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with unique life experiences and perspectives. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of an independent state-issued license as one of the following is essential: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• The ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement treatment plans effectively, utilizing sound clinical judgment throughout the process.
• Strong interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and electronic health record systems for documentation and client engagement.

• Experience providing telehealth services and familiarity with remote counseling platforms will be advantageous.
• Prior work in outpatient settings with a diverse adult population will enhance your application.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current trends in mental health treatment is preferred.
