• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing individual therapy sessions with adult clients via secure video conferencing tools.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address clients' needs.
• Maintain detailed session documentation while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the organization to ensure holistic patient care and effective treatment strategies.
• Participate in regular professional development opportunities and peer review sessions to enhance personal skills and provide the highest quality of care.

The focus of your practice will primarily be on adult clients facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will deliver compassionate care in a supportive environment, helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes and fostering resilience.

• A master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• Current, active license in your respective field (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) without any disciplinary actions from licensing boards.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong documentation and writing skills to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience with teletherapy methods and online patient engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with practice management software and electronic health record systems.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic practices, such as trauma-informed care or mindfulness techniques, are a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
