• Conduct assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans that meet regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools alongside the clinical team to ensure accurate evaluations and facilitates effective planning.
• Engage in a multidisciplinary team approach to design and implement positive behavior support plans for clients.
• Actively participate in all relevant licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the quality of our services.
• Serve as a liaison with service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering collaborative relationships that enhance our outreach efforts.
• Encourage open communication lines within the organization to meet contract standards while promoting our agency's mission in the community.
• Develop relationships with local and state organizations to explore partnerships, identify funding opportunities, and raise awareness of our programs.
