This role is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to deliver high-quality therapy in a flexible, virtual setting. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify challenges, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic practices aimed at achieving client-set goals.
• Utilize tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to deliver effective therapy sessions.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and enhance the therapeutic process.
• Document client progress and adapt treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Participate in program development initiatives aimed at improving client care and service delivery.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and respect to create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Your therapeutic practice will focus on a diverse group of individuals, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related challenges, relationship issues, and chronic stress. Moreover, with the telehealth approach, you will reach clients from various backgrounds, allowing you to build cultural competence and adaptability in your therapeutic methodologies.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health counseling setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capability to form meaningful connections and convey empathy throughout the counseling process.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for therapy delivery, including teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable and will be favored.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches (e.g., trauma-informed care, addiction counseling) will enhance your candidacy.
• Diverse clinical experience with varied populations, especially those facing socio-economic challenges.
