• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their concerns using secure video conferencing platforms.
• Assess clients’ mental health needs comprehensively through careful evaluation techniques and interviews, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans that consider the unique circumstances of each client.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, using case management software to track client advancements and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to deliver integrative care tailored to clients' requirements.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards by ensuring compliance with mental health regulations, confidentiality policies, and best practices in remote therapy.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry standards and emerging therapeutic techniques.

As a licensed mental health counselor at Clarigent, you will support individuals with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Our diverse client base encompasses various demographics, including adults, adolescents, and families. You will work collaboratively with clients to promote resilience, coping strategies, and personal growth through therapeutic engagement.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Active licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least three years of professional experience working in a mental health counseling capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting virtual therapy sessions, with experience using video conferencing technology for client interaction.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule effectively.
• Comfortable utilizing technology for client management and communication.

• Experience functioning within a community health setting or similar role that emphasizes holistic care.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices.
• Prior experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or addiction treatment is a plus.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
