• Conduct effective virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure and reliable video conferencing technology.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health concerns, employing evidence-based methodologies.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records including progress notes, treatment plans, and necessary documentation to support clinical practices.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards pertinent to mental health counseling, ensuring client confidentiality and safety.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training opportunities tailored to the field of mental health.

The client population you will serve includes adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a mental health counselor in Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in conducting virtual therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively, allowing for a productive remote work experience.
• Comfort with technology for client interactions and documentation management.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy) would be a plus.
• Previous work experience in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth practices.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
