Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver weekly, clinically proven therapeutic care through live video sessions for clients experiencing emotional disorders, ensuring they receive the highest level of support.
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on strengthening family dynamics, modifying detrimental behavioral patterns, and addressing personal concerns.
  • Utilize video conferencing platforms to conduct therapy sessions which encourage active participation and open communication.
  • Guide both individuals and families in skill-building strategies that promote constructive coping mechanisms and enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
  • Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health status, diagnose conditions when necessary, and tailor treatment approaches to facilitate client progress towards their goals.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is required.

  • Proficiency in using technology, especially video conferencing software, is required. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and telemedicine is an advantage.

Preferred Experience
