• Deliver weekly, clinically proven therapeutic care through live video sessions for clients experiencing emotional disorders, ensuring they receive the highest level of support.
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on strengthening family dynamics, modifying detrimental behavioral patterns, and addressing personal concerns.
• Utilize video conferencing platforms to conduct therapy sessions which encourage active participation and open communication.
• Guide both individuals and families in skill-building strategies that promote constructive coping mechanisms and enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health status, diagnose conditions when necessary, and tailor treatment approaches to facilitate client progress towards their goals.

• An active LMFT license in Washington State is mandatory for this role.

• Proficiency in using technology, especially video conferencing software, is required. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and telemedicine is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of diagnosis, treatment methodologies, and rehabilitation practices for both physical and mental health challenges, along with a keen interest in career counseling.

• Experience in a telehealth or remote therapy setting is strongly preferred, highlighting your adaptability to digital therapeutic environments.
• Knowledge or certification in evidence-based treatment modalities will set candidates apart.
• Previous work with diverse client populations and awareness of cultural sensitivities will be seen favorably.
