Guided Reflections Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our remote team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your time and work from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Thoroughly assess each client's mental health needs through initial evaluations and ongoing discussions, leading to the development of tailored and comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic approaches to suit diverse client needs and preferences.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
  • Collaborate regularly with other mental health professionals and support staff to provide a holistic and integrated approach to client care.
  • Participate in scheduled team meetings and case discussions, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and relevant certifications to remain current with industry trends and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
