• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to address the mental health needs of your clients, using evidence-based practices.
• Support clients in identifying and discussing their emotions, experiences, and challenges, fostering insight that leads to better self-understanding and relationship dynamics.
• Serve as a client advocate, assisting individuals in defining personalized goals and identifying pathways to achieve them.

Your clientele will consist of stable adults with low acuity levels who have undergone a thorough screening process before accessing your services. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid license in one of the following categories: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating good standing with the state board.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and caring demeanor, are essential for success in this role.
• Proficient in computer use, with the ability to navigate online therapy platforms and communication tools comfortably.

We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience who are eager to integrate their knowledge into our practice. • Salary range between USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually based on weekly hours worked and caseload.
