• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans in line with best practices while utilizing telehealth technology.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of each client in a remote setting.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation and records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing secure electronic health record systems to ensure patient confidentiality and streamline care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team via virtual meetings, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional mental health professionals to provide integrated care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to refine approaches and share insights regarding client treatment via video conferencing platforms.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, preventative measures, and available community resources using various digital communication methods to improve accessibility.

• Stay current with developments in the mental health field by attending virtual conferences, webinars, and professional workshops, applying acquired knowledge directly to your clinical practice.

As a remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a wide array of patients ranging from children in school settings to adults facing various life challenges. Your focus will be on addressing mental health needs through therapeutic interventions tailored to each unique individual and family, all while ensuring that they receive compassionate support during their mental health journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) is required.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience providing psychotherapy services is necessary.

• Demonstrable proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy methods that can be successfully implemented in a remote environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport through virtual platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to navigate the unique challenges of remote mental health care.

• A capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team setting is essential.

While the minimum experience is outlined above, candidates with additional certifications in specialized psychotherapy techniques or those with experience in educational settings will be given preference. Familiarity with various telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will be considered an asset.

• We offer a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
