Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in adherence with clinic policies and regulatory standards to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionalsโ€”such as psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managersโ€”to coordinate comprehensive care pathways for clients.
