• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for a diverse patient population, formulating personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based, solution-focused interventions.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to address individual patient needs and facilitate their mental health journey.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate collaboration with other healthcare providers in our multidisciplinary team.
• Participate regularly in case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment effectiveness and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Educate and empower patients and their families about mental health issues, encouraging active participation in their care plans.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field, integrating new research findings into practice for improved patient outcomes.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will work with a varied patient demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our clinic serves the Edinburg community and surrounding areas, focusing on culturally competent care that respects and incorporates the unique backgrounds of our patients.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution with a strong theoretical foundation in mental health practices.
• A valid LCSW license in Texas, ensuring compliance with state regulations and upholding the standards of our profession.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating a proven track record in effective therapeutic practice.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques and a commitment to staying updated on contemporary mental health practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse patients.
• A collaborative spirit with a preference for working within a highly supportive team environment.

• Experience working with specific populations such as adolescents, veterans, or individuals with severe mental illness is a plus.

• Previous involvement in community outreach or educational programs, promoting mental health awareness initiatives.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
