About the Role

Initio Raise is hiring Venture Scout Partners globally to source and refer startup founders who are actively raising capital.

This is the fastest way to participate in venture capital—no deal experience, no delivery work, and no time-intensive client management required.

You focus on who to bring in.
We handle everything after the introduction.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify founders actively raising capital (pre-seed through growth)

  • Refer qualified founders to Initio Raise via your unique partner link

  • Leverage your network, content, or outbound to generate deal flow

  • Make warm introductions to founders who need fundraising support

No closing required.
No fulfillment.
No ongoing client work.
