Job description

Certified Contractor Role
Initio Sphere — Private Capital Ecosystem
https://initiosphere.org

Compensation:
Deal-based earnings + performance bonuses
(Typically $1,000–$10,000+ per closed transaction, based on deal size, structure, and role)

About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality private market deal flow, analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real assets.

Our platform is built for professionals who control or influence repeatable deal channels—not cold outreach, not mass sourcing, and not unpaid introductions.

Role Overview: Deal Channel Scout

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Channel Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities sourced through established channels and trusted networks.

This is not an employment role. Deal Channel Scouts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Channel Scouts:

  • Submit deals sourced through proprietary or semi-proprietary channels

  • Introduce opportunities to vetted capital allocators and sponsors

  • Participate in live transactions through structured, platform-led introductions

  • Earn success-based compensation for closed transactions

  • Build a verified track record tied to specific sourcing channels

This role is ideal for professionals who consistently see deals before they reach the open market.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Channel Scouts may:

  • Source investment opportunities via repeatable channels (operator networks, broker relationships, industry roles, advisory mandates)

  • Submit deals that meet Initio Sphere’s qualification standards

  • Provide high-level context on the channel, asset, structure, size, and investment rationale

  • Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

  • Support early-stage handoff into diligence and execution workflows

Deal Channel Scouts do not underwrite deals, build models, raise capital, or negotiate terms.
All diligence, analysis, and execution is handled by certified professionals on the platform.

Eligible Deal Channels & Types

Based on approval category, Deal Channel Scouts may submit opportunities across:

  • Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

  • Private equity, growth equity, and platform investments

  • Operating businesses, founder-led companies, and special situations

  • Structured, opportunistic, or privately negotiated transactions

Channels are approved based on credibility, repeatability, and signal quality.

Compensation & Economics
  • Compensation is success-based only

  • Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

  • Paid only after successful deal close and fee collection

  • Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout involvement

  • No earnings caps for consistently high-quality channel-driven deal flow

How Deal Channel Scouts Get Activated
  1. Submit a Deal Channel Scout application outlining sourcing channels

  2. Complete verification and channel/category approval

  3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin submitting qualified opportunities through approved channels

There is no cold applying, no blind pitching, and no mass outreach.
All introductions are curated and platform-driven.

Compliance Notice

Deal Channel Scouts do not:

  • Provide investment advice

  • Solicit securities

  • Market investments to the general public

  • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.

Who This Role Is For
  • Operators with recurring exposure to transactions

  • Brokers and intermediaries with trusted sourcing lanes

  • Advisors, consultants, or executives embedded in deal ecosystems

  • Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early

Why Join Initio Sphere
  • Monetize deal channels without launching a fund

  • Earn transaction-based upside without underwriting risk

  • Work directly with credible, active capital allocators

  • Build long-term signal, trust, and channel credibility

  • One ecosystem for sourcing, reputation, and upside
