Remote Vehicle Wrap information

What are remote vehicle wrap jobs?

Remote vehicle wrap jobs involve designing custom graphics or advertisements that are printed and installed on vehicles, but the design portion is performed remotely, usually from home. Professionals in these roles use graphic design software to create wraps that meet client specifications, ensuring correct sizing and branding. The finalized design files are then sent to print shops or installation teams who physically apply the wraps to the vehicles. This job typically requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and experience with industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

How does a Remote Vehicle Wrap specialist collaborate with clients and team members to ensure design accuracy and client satisfaction?

As a Remote Vehicle Wrap specialist, you'll regularly interact with clients and internal design teams through virtual meetings, email, and project management platforms. Communication is key—you'll review client specifications, provide digital proofs, and make revisions based on feedback. Coordination with project managers and print production staff ensures your designs are print-ready and installation-friendly. Building strong remote communication skills helps ensure each project meets client expectations and maintains a smooth workflow.

To thrive as a Remote Vehicle Wrap Specialist, you need expertise in graphic design, knowledge of vehicle dimensions, and experience with vinyl installation, typically supported by a portfolio of past work. Do you wake up motivated by a number - and go to sleep thinking about how to beat it? Are you the kind of person who can walk into a fire station, a county procurement office, or a trade show floor and walk out with a relationship that turns into revenue? Do you get energized by the hunt - by finding the right door, making the right call, and building the kind of trust that makes customers come back and bring their colleagues? Are you ready to own a territory, carry a bag, and earn real money doing it?If this sounds like you, then we need to talk...
Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking an Account Executive to own and develop the Tampa and Orlando markets in Florida. This is a hunter role - you'll be responsible for building new relationships, opening new accounts, and driving revenue growth across Fire, EMS, and municipal government agencies that need the best custom vehicles in mobile healthcare. You'll work with a strong product, a great support team, and a compensation structure built to reward performance.
What Does a Week in the Life of the Account Executive Look Like?
  • Hits the road - visiting fire stations, EMS agencies, county offices, and prospects across Tampa and Orlando; building the face-to-face relationships that create long-term revenue.
  • Works the phone and email to prospect for new accounts, follow up on leads, and stay top of mind with customers who aren't quite ready to buy yet - but will be.
  • Qualifies incoming opportunities using Frazer's established criteria, builds a healthy pipeline, and keeps CRM data current so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Hosts specification review meetings - in person and remote - where they listen carefully, ask the right questions, and work with the Sales Engineer to translate customer needs into a winning configuration.
  • Submits quotes, responds to RFPs and formal bids, and drives deals to close - following up with urgency while keeping the relationship warm.
  • Attends trade shows, industry events, and customer dinners - representing Frazer as an employer and product worth trusting, and coming home with contacts worth calling.
  • Shows up at final inspections and delivery walk-arounds - because the relationship doesn't end at the sale, and repeat business starts the moment a customer takes delivery.
  • Wraps up the week with pipeline reviews, expense reports, and CRM updates - Monday morning they're ready to do it again.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in a hunter-type sales role - with a real track record of prospecting, opening accounts, and closing new business.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record check.
  • Reliable personal vehicle and current insurance - you'll be in it every day.
  • Comfortable with 50%+ travel across an assigned territory on a consistent, ongoing basis.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Experience selling to Fire departments, EMS agencies, or municipal government procurement.
  • Fire/EMS background or direct experience in emergency services or mobile healthcare.
  • CRM experience - you know how to use it, not just tolerate it.

Skills (to Pay the Bills)
Here's a list of a few competencies that the Account Executive at Frazer should have...
  • You hunt - you're not waiting for leads to land in your inbox. You find the door, knock on it, and figure out how to get in.
  • You build real relationships - not just contacts. Fire and EMS customers buy from people they trust, and you know how to earn that.
  • You listen before you pitch - you ask the questions that reveal what the customer actually needs, then build a solution around that.
  • You move with urgency - follow-up is not something you do when you get around to it. It's how you close.
  • You own your numbers - you know where you are against quota at all times and you have a plan to get there.
  • You can represent a premium product - Frazer builds the best. You need to be the kind of person customers believe when you tell them that.

Why Frazer?
Frazer builds some of the most innovative emergency medical vehicles in the world - and the people who buy them are protecting their communities with every purchase. This isn't a commodity sale. It's a relationship sale with real stakes, and the right person can build a career here that pays like it.
What's in it for you:
  • Base salary $90,000-$110,000 + commission - OTE $170,000-$220,000 for a strong performer
  • Weekly paycheck - you get paid every Friday
  • 401k with company match, health, dental, and disability coverage
  • Paid Time Off accruing from day one, 10 paid holidays, and company shutdown Christmas through New Year's
  • Professional development, skills training, and free financial wellness classes
  • A culture built on honesty, accountability, and performance - where results are recognized and rewarded
