Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on helping individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and trauma. You will engage with clients experiencing complex mental health challenges, ensuring that each receives appropriate support through culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A successful score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE).
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate thoughts compassionately and effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a commitment to fostering trusting relationships with clients.
Preferred Experience
