Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to these needs.
• Delivering evidence-based therapy services through secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms to address the diverse needs of each client.
• Collaborating with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and other modalities suitable for each client's unique situation.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base consists of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief, particularly in relation to hospice care situations. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients from different demographics, allowing you to apply your expertise to aid them in their healing process.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients in a remote setting.
• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding of clients’ unique experiences and challenges.
• Organizational and time management skills essential for managing therapy sessions, caseload, and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in remote therapy settings, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and a proven track record of working with clients facing complex mental health issues. Experience in hospice or end-of-life counseling is preferred, providing valuable skills for this unique client demographic.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, based on caseload and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
