Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Bliss, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Delivering high-quality therapy services through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.
• Setting collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, guiding them through their unique journeys toward mental wellness.
• Utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities that align with each client’s preferences and objectives, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Documenting therapy sessions and tracking progress with precision to support ongoing care and compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our network serves a diverse clientele with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds and experiences, emphasizing culturally competent care that respects and understands their unique situations.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Have obtained a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrate empathy and compassion in interactions, understanding the diverse experiences of clients.
• Exhibit organizational and time-management skills critical for managing therapy sessions and documentation in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with at least two years of relevant counseling experience are preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual client engagement strategies is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
