To thrive as a Remote VA (Virtual Assistant), strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with digital communication platforms, and experience in administrative tasks are essential. Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, online project management systems, and communication software such as Slack or Zoom is commonly required. Excellent time management, proactive problem-solving, and clear written and verbal communication are standout soft skills for this position.
