• Conduct crisis assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring rapid access to essential services.
• Provide immediate counseling and support to clients in distress, facilitating a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary to ensure client safety during critical incidents.
• Offer follow-up care and develop comprehensive recommendations to guide clients toward appropriate ongoing support and resources.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies adequately, utilizing de-escalation techniques during high-pressure situations to maintain a constructive environment.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities focused on enhancing crisis counseling skills.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance use disorders. We particularly value the ability to provide specialized treatment to elderly clients facing unique mental health challenges related to aging. The ideal candidate will be able to foster supportive relationships and create tailored treatment plans that align with each person's unique needs.

• A master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent and relevant experience in mental health support, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Preferred specialization in geriatric mental health and experience addressing the needs of elderly individuals.

• Hands-on experience providing counseling services to older adults and an understanding of common geriatric psychological issues.
• Familiarity with therapeutic methods suitable for various disorders, including contemporary practices in telehealth delivery.
• Additional certifications or training related to crisis intervention or trauma-informed care is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
