Clearly Heard Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position allows you to engage with clients through telehealth services, providing essential mental health support while utilizing innovative therapeutic methods. This role is entirely remote, which allows you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a structured schedule that encourages a healthy work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive admission assessments for new clients in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming experience as they begin their therapeutic journeys.
• Collaborate with your peers in weekly treatment team meetings, discussing progress and adjusting treatment goals for each client to facilitate their recovery.
• Manage client care by providing utilization reviews to insurance providers, equipping them with the necessary clinical information to secure authorization for treatment.
• Maintain open and timely communication with clients and families, responding to all communications within two hours during operational hours and within 24 hours otherwise.
• Engage with the Utilization Review and Business Departments to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions for patients at various stages of their treatment.
• Initiate discharge planning on the day of admission, conducting discharge sessions to confirm that clients have coping strategies and understand their next steps.
• Actively manage crises during sessions, providing guidance and support to both clients and milieu staff to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation throughout the treatment process, adhering to best practices for clinical record-keeping.
• Establish and nurture therapeutic rapport with clients while assessing risk factors related to suicidality or harm to self or others.

You will work effectively with a diverse range of clients, each facing unique challenges in their mental health journeys. Our therapeutic focus encompasses individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health disorders. Your role will involve understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their treatment.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.
• An independent mental health license in the state of Oregon or your state of residence (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• A proven ability to manage a comprehensive caseload efficiently while interacting effectively with various support staff and providers.
• Strong electronic medical record (EMR) proficiency and solid communication capabilities, including written and verbal skills.

• Demonstrated passion for enacting positive change in the field of mental health and an eagerness to impact the lives of clients and their families.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and engaging with clients in a virtual setting.
• A background in crisis intervention and management techniques.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy:
