• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each student’s mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.

• Collaborate closely with students, their families, and educational staff to establish achievable therapeutic goals and monitor progress through consistent evaluations.

In this role, you will primarily be serving school-aged children and adolescents who experience a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and behavioral issues. • A valid and current state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ experiences are essential for success in this role.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities are critical for effective caseload management and adherence to documentation processes.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based or community health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery models.
• Background in crisis intervention and behavioral management techniques.
