• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and cultures.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate effective therapy sessions.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, regularly reviewing progress and adapting treatment approaches as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, utilizing our user-friendly case management platform.
• Work collaboratively with other therapists and support staff to create a cohesive treatment environment, participating in case discussions and professional development opportunities.

As a therapist at Everlife, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health challenges. Our focus on culturally sensitive approaches ensures that our therapists can meet clients where they are, fostering trust and empowerment as they navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW as required by the state of Georgia, enabling you to provide independent therapy.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within a telehealth setting.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for client management.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, accompanied by a generous benefits package that includes flexibility in scheduling and the option of remote work.
