Our team is known for delivering high-quality projects, on schedule, and with integrity. Position Overview:
Were seeking an experienced Project Superintendent with a proven track record managing grocery store tenant improvements and/or ground-up construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hands-on field experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive schedules while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities and personnel
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, inspections, and daily field operations
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specs, schedules, and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, field director, clients, and vendors
  • Lead weekly site meetings and maintain detailed daily reports
  • Manage schedules to ensure on-time completion and quality delivery
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Direct experience with grocery store remodels and/or ground-up builds required
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and using construction management software
  • Willing and able to travel nationally for extended periods of time
