Facility: BMG Concourse Center
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Director as required.
  • Manage the Director's schedule to include travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and appointments, and screening telephone calls.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc. as instructed.
  • Perform other administrative and secretarial functions as required by the Director.
  • Greet and direct visitors and team members.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
