Overview
We are looking for an experienced Global HRIS Senior Solution Specialist to join our HR Technology team. Reporting to the Global HRIS Leader, you'll serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Time & Labor, helping design, implement, and optimize scalable global solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex business policies into system functionality and driving successful HR technology adoption.

How you'll make an impact

- Lead the global design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Configure:

  • Absence plans
  • Eligibility profiles
  • Accrual rules
  • Carryover and expiration logic
  • Time entry profiles
  • Time calculation rules
  • Processing profiles

- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex absence and timekeeping requirements.
- Perform system testing, support UAT activities, and assist with Oracle quarterly releases.
- Deliver training and support to end users and business partners.
- Collaborate with integration teams to build and maintain related Oracle HCM integrations.
- Drive user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives for Absence and Time solutions globally.


About You

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience focused on Absence Management and Time & Labor.
- Multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong experience designing and configuring absence and time policies within a global organization.
- Hands-on experience with:

  • Fast Formulas
  • Eligibility Profiles
  • HDL/HSDL
  • HCM Extracts

- Experience developing reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Understanding of leave and timekeeping compliance requirements, including labor law considerations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience personalizing Oracle Redwood pages using VBCS.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in Absence Management and/or Time & Labor.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience.
- 7+ years of overall HCM application experience.
