• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health conditions and needs.
• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals, continuously adapting them as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions to diverse adult clients using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solutions-focused strategies.
• Utilize teletherapy technologies proficiently to facilitate engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating sensitivity and expertise when addressing urgent client concerns.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and webinars to remain current on the latest mental health best practices and research.

Our ideal candidates will be comfortable working with a diverse range of adult clients who present with varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ability to build rapport and trust with clients is crucial, as you will be guiding them through their therapeutic journeys in a remote setting.

• Possession of a valid and active license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to maintain a productive caseload.
• No history of disciplinary actions with the licensing board, ensuring a strong professional reputation.

• Experience in a telehealth setting to enhance virtual engagement techniques and client relationships.
• Specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities such as trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, influenced by your experience and client caseload.
