Job Title: UX Designer- Intermediate Contract Length: 6+ Months Remote Work Ref# 246510 Seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to support the design and delivery of web-based, native, and digital application experiences within a collaborative product and design environment. This role will work closely with lead designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to solve moderately complex design challenges and deliver user-centered digital solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong UX and visual design capabilities, experience working independently with minimal oversight, and the ability to communicate effective design rationale across cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities Support lead designers in delivering web-based and native digital applications Create and refine UX and visual design solutions for digital products and experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deconstruct moderately complex problems into clear design requirements and solutions Assist in driving shared understanding of human-centered pain points and opportunities Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and finalized design assets Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to align design solutions with business goals and user needs Communicate design rationale effectively across teams and stakeholders Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines independently Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in UX design and visual design Experience creating and delivering web, native, and other digital applications Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to communicate design rationale and work effectively across multiple teams Preferred Qualifications Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user-centered digital experiences Familiarity with HTML and CSS Portfolio showcasing UX and visual design work Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
