Job description

The Office Manager (Remote) will lead a remote team and oversee the smooth operation of office functions across multiple departments. This role requires managing independent workflows while coordinating communication and collaboration in a virtual environment. The Office Manager will implement policies, manage budgets, maintain records, and ensure efficient handling of office supplies and vendor relationships, leveraging specialized remote tools and standard office software.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars across departments
  • Manage correspondence and maintain organized records
  • Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory management
  • Track and manage office budgets
  • Coordinate team activities and remote communication
  • Manage vendor relationships and service agreements
  • Prepare regular reports and support policy implementation
  • Develop custom workflows and utilize remote management tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in office management
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Problem-solving ability and team coordination expertise
