• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients via our user-friendly online platform, adapting your approach to meet diverse client needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health backgrounds, identifying key areas for improvement.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices aligned with therapeutic best practices and client objectives.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect changing needs and goals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.
• Uphold ethical standards in all therapeutic practices, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client relationships.

Our patient population includes individuals seeking support for a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults from varied backgrounds, ensuring to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care tailored to individual circumstances.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Proficiency with digital tools and technology, especially those relevant for telehealth services and remote therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Capacity to work independently while also being an active participant in a team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrable experience providing individual therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities relevant to diverse issues.
• Experience in community health settings, particularly in a mobile or remote therapy capacity.
• Background in utilizing teletherapy tools effectively, ensuring sessions are engaging and productive.
